Manufacturing agreement extended to 10 years
Amended and restated exclusive licence and manufacturing agreement with LyoGenesis Holdings, effective August 13 and announced August 17. Initial ten-year term, renewing annually.
MPP Group LLC relaunches as Verlytix, the quality and analytical testing affiliate of LyoGenesis Manufacturing, testing Vector’s peptides for sterility, purity, potency, endotoxin and water content.
Provisional patent for orthopedic tissue regeneration
USPTO filing covering tissue-repair peptides paired with a patient’s own platelet-rich plasma or fibrin, including sequencing designed to avoid conflicts with agents used routinely in orthopedic surgery. Pre-clinical; no clinical studies conducted.
